The following conditions apply to bookings made on your behalf by Ireland West Tourism.

Payment

A deposit of 33% of the total cost, including supplements where applicable and subject to a minimum of 65.00 Euro, is required on booking. The balance is payable 42 days prior to arrival date. If a booking is made within 42 days of arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Booking Fee

A booking fee of 7.00 Euro per confirmed booking is also payable at the time of booking. Booking Fee is forfeited on cancellation of booking.

Payment Methods

The booking deposit and fee can be paid by credit card (Eurocard, Access / MasterCard, American Express or Visa), Euro cheque drawn on an Irish Bank or Euro bank draft.Western Union Money Transfer

Rental Periods

These usually begin at 4.00 pm Saturday & end at 10.30 am the following Saturday. Other arrangements may be made on request. Remember to pre-arrange a pick-up point for keys if the owner/agent will not be in attendance at the premises.
